Terms of business:

§ 1 Scope

The business relationship between the Sté BieleGroup and the customer is exclusively governed by the Terms of Business below. Unless stated in writing to accept the Sté BieleGroup recognizes no exceptional circumstances of the client.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract and termination
There is a right to terminate the contract if the supplier of the Sté BieleGroup did not book the ordered although contractually obligated to do so. In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately that the product is not available. The purchase price already paid will be refunded without delay.

§ 3 Delivery and Delivery Times
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall start or agency as may be agreed. Information regarding the time of delivery are non-binding unless exceptionally the date of delivery was contractually promised. The Sté BieleGroup is not responsible for the lengthening of delivery times.

§ 4 Terms of Payment
The purchase price is payable upon placing the order. The customer can not pay the purchase price in advance, or set as agreed, provided that the purchase price must be paid in advance. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.

§ 5 Compensation, Retention

§ 6 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Sté BieleGroup until full settlement of all claims against the client.

§ 7 Liability for defects

§ 8 Data protection
